84 parts car on ebay

   *1984 Scirocco*   *What you are looking at is a little black ugly car, it 
is a VW Scirocco volkswagon make. I just picked it up. It has a 4 cylinder 
engine. The locks and ignition on it were all messed up so I ripped out the 
igintion and stuck a screwdriver in it, to my amazement I turned it over and 
with nasty 2 year old gas it actually started. All I can find wrong wtih it 
is that the filler tube hose is missing, there might be a gas leak. It has a 
standard transmission, I think a bracket is broke or missing as the gear 
shifter is definitley not as it should be, (sets too low). The steering 
wheel is still locked in place so I'm sure it needs a little work, pull the 
wheel and pina nd should be okay. The car is actually in really good shape 
for being in PA, I don't see any body work and the only rust spot I've found 
is about quarter size spot under the hatch lid. I do not know much about 
these cars but the motor sounds good. Could use a paint job and some 
interior work. Good parts car.
