[SPAM] DD probs again

The blue wire attaches to a field coil with in the alternator. Once the lt
spins, it allows an alternating field to be generated and create a current
flow. There is NO magnet in an ALT.
Now a generator like they had in the old bugs was a large permanent magnet
the when a coil spun with in created a current and produced DC. (Edison
LOVED DC, Not Volta)

The bluw wire comes from a loop via the dash display frm the switched 12v.
Thats why you cannot run a MKI or MKII with out the display. No disp, no
loop, no stimulus to the exciter.
Good luck!
