RE: Waterfest/Cincy etc.
I'm planning on getting a room for Cincy at hotel # 1 for Fri & Sat nights
when it is announced, but any .org person is welcome to crash at my place
(~45 min away) on Thursday or Sunday night if they want.

We should definitely get a hotel room with the .org crew all together!
(maybe even in a non-WF hotel like some have suggested before?)
We can always be at the "main" hotels and then be able to retreat to safety
for some actual sleep... like that ever happens.
