...aka the fuse block.  You may not have to even yank it...this same thing 
happened to me and for the life
of me I could not pull that relay.  It was STUCK. After trying for five 
minutes, the flashing light went away...probably just
wiggling the relay around restored good pin connection?

It has this habit of going south, making the light
