This could easily be done.  I've often thought about something like this for
the rocco/watercooled group as lot of the aircooled folks in my area told us
about the type2 rescue when we got our ghia.  Could also be enhanced by
listing what kin of worked could be done at eatch location.  Not a tools
list, but rather a list of things that could be performed at the locations
as well as part sources that are near by.  This way you would know if there
is a chance that a fix could be performed rather then just a place to put
the car for the night.  Room & board options would be great as well.  While
we all generally have floor space, others of us have sofa's or spare rooms
or hotel/motel near by.

I'd like to see something like this list willing.  I'm in a prime spot in Ga
as I'm only 5-7 miles from I-75.  Not to mention I have just about every
tool needed and several parts places around me.

What say ye listers?
