Need some tech specs

Almost positive it is 38 intake and 31 exhaust.  The non-GTI heads and even
the diesels used 34 intakes and 31 exhausts.  1.8 GTI 8 Valves used 40
intakes and 33 exhausts.  Back when I was wet behind the ears with engines,
I was going to use the 34 intakes as exhausts in a 1.8 head I had, but the
shop owner where I was working let me know that exhaust valves see a lot
more heat and are made "beefier" because of that.  Jeez, been a long time
since then.
