Lower half 16v intake same; 1.8 & 2.0?

Subject: Lower half 16v intake same; 1.8 & 2.0?

Is the lower half of a 16V intake (40mm runners) the same for a 1.8l head and a 2.0l  (42mm runners) head?  I know they are the same at the end that mates to the head however; are they the same on the end that mates to the upper half of the intake?
