Rigging for Short commutes

you want to make sure the engine makes it to normal temp at some point. this
is what gets the water out of the oil/crankcase. also, it couldnt hurt to
get it out on the highway every once in a while to help blow out the excess
carbon buildup.

Subject: Rigging for Short commutes

I drive my new Gray car to work every day. I work about 2 blocks away.
I have to stop at 3 major intersections and wait for the green light -
so It takes me about 5 minutes to get there.

How do I rig my car to run well for this short commute?

I changed the oil and filter right after I got it, and I just changed
the oil again, 350 miles later to make sure the oil is clean. I used
10w40.
