Good research!  I see Voisin (I'd never heard of him or his cars
before) was one of the aircraft builders that turned to building cars
after WW1.  I wonder if VW (considering their vigor in pursuing people
who use their name or images on web sites) was diligent in securing
the rights to the "Scirocco" name?
