Carpet color rejuvenation options?

If you still have something that shows the marking, perhaps email them a
photo. Send them a description of your complaint, like you have here,
and request a response. Tell them that your statement and their response
will be posted to a mailing list, and if they don't respond you will
post your complaint and the fact that they didn't respond.

We all see posts from people who seem to have legitimate complaints,
people who don't seem to have legitimate complaints, and complaints in
which we can't tell who is right. I'm not big on people using the 'Net
to bad mouth businesses when they really don't have a legitimate
complaint. However, in cases where there is a response from a vendor
(or a failure to respond) and there are facts from which we can draw a
conclusion and the conclusion is that the vendor is in the wrong, I
think we (list members) should email the vendor a copy of the complaint
and indicate that we were potential customers, but based on this
complaint we are no longer potential customers (if that is the case).

Jeff, if you want to "roll your own" you might check out this site:
http://www.worlduph.com/ Click on "Site Map" and Select "Raw
Materials & Supplies". Check out their whole list, the also have a big
selection of door clips, screws, and other fasteners.

They have some dyes.

(The site navigation is a little "irregular". You can't always "get
there from here".)
