IMO, the nicest nozzles evar are on my Chevy truck ('91 Suburban)

They are fan-spray nozzles, mounted on the windshield wiper arm, so they
evenly distribute fluid over the windshield. Probably be difficult to
retrofit, though.

Have you seen the new Buick Lucerne, which has heated washer fluid?
They buy the system these guys: http://www.microheat.com/ , and you can
get the same system as an add-on reaonably priced, $150 or so. They
claim to produce hot fluid within 30 seconds. I was thinking of
creating a po-man's version by winding a few wraps of washer hose around
the radiator hose. Wouldn't work until the engine warmed up, of course.
