Looks like verizon has blocked neubayern (I admin the Pickup list off of
the same server that runs the Rocco list):
host relay.verizon.net [206.46.232.11]: 550 Email from your Email Service
Provider is currently blocked by Verizon Online's anti-spam system. The
email
"sender" or Email Service Provider may visit http://www.verizon.net/whitelist
and request removal of the block.
I'll send an email to Chris Mende...but anyone using a verizon email
account is blocked right now (MailMan auto disables people with fatal
bounces like this).
