Leaks - water isn't cool

Well, when I got the car, the spare tire well was filled(to the top) with
water. So I've had a good sized hole in it for some time to drain the water
out. I haven't had the carpet in the trunk since some time last year.
I know the hatch seal is good. Plus I sat on the inside and watched the
water come in, so I know it's not coming in from the seal.
