Congratuations, it's a....uh.....blob!!

Wow, this is like the year for Scirocco lister proliferation.  Big Mac's girl is here, mine should be here within a month, and now Nate.  Congrats.  Is this the first?  If so, I'm full of advice, as are others, I'm sure.
