Euro headlight Q

This is actually about the inner lights(driving lights?)  Are these the 
same in all countries?  The
reason I ask is I have some from the UK and am wondering if I can use 
them.  If so then my luggage
on the way back from Germany can be a little lighter and less bulky, not 
needed to get any of these.
