easiest thing here is to make sure you're getting fuel (or not). pull an 
injector, jumper the fuel pump relay (looks like you figured that out...) 
and see if fuel comes out when you lift the air metering plate. if your 
relay is working you should hear buzzing from the fuel pump(s). if you hear 
buzzing, but no fuel is coming out then one of the pumps is probably bad. if 
you don't hear buzzing, verify that the pumps are getting power (check the 
connectors for voltage).
