Fuel Enrichment; TT vs Autotech (or coolant vs DPR)

I could be completely wrong and that is why I am asking for the input
however; I had heard that the TT version 'fools' the cold enrichment
circuit and the ECU made the adjustments to increase the pressure. The
Autotech version is a direct effect on DPR current. Again, I could be
completely off base and would welcome the input.
If they both fool the system by adding resistance to the cold enrichment
then that answers my question.

I thought they both affected the DPR...?
