Passed smog test!

<snip Matthew>
Beleive me I know, I'm down in San Diego and have a 76 Carbureted Rocco.
I'm pretty much planning on selling it back to Doug Tulia cause it's a PITA
to get to pass SMOG.

For your carbed vehicles, check out the Gunson ColorTune. It's a see
through spark plug that let's you dial in your mixture. I used it on my '76
Alfa Romeo with dual Webers to pass California smog before they instituted
the roller test. Just two weeks ago, I used it to pass smog here in Oregon
with my '76 International Scout. I read 62 ppm HC and 2.10 CO (limits are
300 ppm HC and 2.50 CO) and the V8 lump in that truck has seen better days.
Besides the smog benefits, it can help you dial in your mixture for optimum
performance. I haven't tried it on the 16v yet (don't know if I can since
the plug holes are so deep), but it would be pretty easy to use on an 8v.

Just a head's up. It would be a shame to unload a car that you otherwise
enjoy just because of a bi-yearly headache. Oh yeah, no affiliation with
Gunson, yada, yada, yada.
