carb upgrade MkI/II

Ben,

Some of the guys on the list might be able to help.  Here in the
states we didn't get that motor (as far as I know). Here the 82 came
with a 1.7L FI motor.  It too was a left over from the 81.  Decent
power but had a terribly restrictive exhaust manifold and down pipe.

Might have to get more info from the European guys. If anyone here has
knowlede, they will be sure to post up and help if they can.
