A WORD OF WARNING to you all about an e-bay scammer. I hate to resort to
public outcry but I've exhausted every other option. At the beginning of
this summer I purchased a Steppan wing off E-bay from a user: kevinrocco,
real name Kevin Greist. And I immediately paid for it via Pay-Pal.

	I then had to leave for Mexico for 2 months for school. Upon
arriving back it had not arrived. I contacted the seller Kevin who said his
wife had a problem ahipping it to a PO-Box?? Bullshit. My pay-pal account
has my real address on file and I received 3 other packages bought on E-bay
at the same time as I purchased and paid for the wing. After another month
he sent me an email claiming it was just sent out

Hello, The rear wing for the MK1 Scirocco was shipped out on August 21 at
8:32 AM. I will scan the post office reciept for you and Email it to you.
You did not purchace the Insurance I offered in the Auction so I am not
responsable for it after I ship it.

	As of today and after E-mailing him every week for that recipt,
still no proof of shipment, and he even claims I'm lying. Why the hell would
I bitch so much over $25?! Give me a break. I'm pissed off about getting
ripped off, lied to repeadiately, and treated unprofessionally. All I want
is some sort of proof that he shipped it so I can track it down in the
postal service if it really Did get lost. As I see it he took my money and
never sent the wing. I can't do Anything else because by the time I got back
into the country to find out he ripped me off, it was past the time to file
complaints with pay-pal, and it would be silly to seek legal action over a
measly $25.

	I have his address and next time I'm in that area I'll sure to pay
him a really nice visit. But if anyone else happens to be in a position to
deal with this character, I hope my word of warning helps you.
