OT: any listers familiar w/ San Antonio?

I'm going to be there with a few co-workers for a conference later this month 
and was hoping to get some dirt on the nightlife.

Looking for:
- near-top-shelf steakhouse (preferrably one that doesn't have a dress code)
- bar w/ live music (preferrably jazz)
- bar w/o music w/ decent "talent" (preferrably w/ pool tables :)

Other notable spots worth mention are most welcome!
