[16v] hard start, bucking/bogging off idle

And somebody already mentioned grounds (may as well throw vaccuum leaks in
for good measure)

But for the hard starting, check the smaller wires to the coil, and the
starter (sometimes they back off a bit, and the connection becomes, err,
lets call it unstable...), and the plug on the cold start valve. I may be
the starting and the running issue are two different things, and if you
solve the "runs poorly intermittently" issue, let us all know.
