1991 Jetta Q's
The little CIS-Motronic thingie on the side of the fuel distributor if
it's sputtering above 3k and is a 2.0l 16v with cis-motronic.
I can't remember wtf it's called. But it's not the DPR, it's the other
thing. Really common.
