Removal Tips for Stuck Wheels!

I wouldn't mess with that, it could go horribly wrong. Every time I've encountered a cemented on hub (always the '00 Jetta, no matter what you do to the hubs) it's been on the side of the road with a flat. This inherantly pisses me off and after discovering the wheel glued on, I usually get really pissed. Thus, my problem has always been solved by 5-10 good swift kicks to the upper and lower ends of the tire. Don't kick the sides, there may be some play which will cause you to really hurt your ankle. Just keep kicking the snot out of the top and bottom and sooner or later it'll pop off and you'll feel super macho.

Perhaps if you would just loosen the bolts so that there was clearance, but
no risk of serious damage?

Just a thought...

That might work for a car with studs (and lug nuts), but for our cars the
car would collapse onto the wheel/tire when it came loose. May do more
damage. Perhaps loosen the lug bolts 1/2 way and roll it.
