DO you think that I may run into any "electrical Complications" with the one
from the fox being Digifant....Or for that matter anyone know?

No, since you have an '82, and it doesn't have any electrical connections.

If it was for '83 and up, or knock sensing ignition, you would just swap
over the throttle switches.

Btw, if you want to convert it to a 5spd and 1.8L, I have a deal for you...
