G-Grind - How about a K-grind?

A "valve job" is replacing the valve guides if needed, replacing the valves if needed, cutting the
valve seats and lapping the valves into the seats.
A "valve adjustment" is adjusting the clearance between the camshaft and the appropriate part of the
valve train, in our case the valve shim and bucket.
If you have quality camshafts the camshaft base circles will be very accurate and it will be
possible to swap cams without adjustment. Reground cams need not apply, since by definition their
base circle is ground smaller. Still should check but not much adjustment should be required.
