Slightly modified: maybe 5hp.
Turbo/nitrous/big cc: maybe 10hp.

  I think it needs to be part of a whole lot of other chances, throttle 
  body (of course), Exhaust breathing, really good mod if you are changing 
  the cam to something wilder than stock.
