Wear a light jacket. Keep the windows closed. Send me the money you'd spend on the electric vest and gloves. ;)

If you want heat, get an electric vest, one designed for
motorcyclists.[1] You may have to add an outlet to plug
it in, but your body will be warm. You can add heated
seats [2] and you should be good to go. Still not enough?
Get heated gloves, too.
