Victor absolutely loves it! After years of being pampered by Ron he's more than happy to be smacked around a little.... or a lot.

what??? me treat daves car the way anson treats victor??? no way!!!

besides, cant have any fun with it when instead of accelerating, it 
'accumulates speed'.
