Wheel offset question



The first thing I would do is jack the car up and test fit them without
tires.  Take a look at how far the wheel comes out to/or past the
wheelwell.  Depending on how close or over it is you could roll or you
could flair the fenders.  

or you could before you get the wheels jack it up and measure it out.
12-13 mm offset is almost in the dead center line of the wheel.  7" wide
wheel, that's almost 3.5 inches from the hub to where the edge of the wheel
would be.
