Got a ticket

Florida is at actual sunset. I go 30~45 minutes prior myself for visibility
issues (i.e., I don't want some dumb-ass hitting my Roc).

Check your state laws headlights are to be turned on at dusk, one hour prior
to sunset.

At least that is what it is in Texas.
