[SPAM] instrument cluster

Any rocco tach that goes to 8k.  If you can't find one, let me know, I have
a few spares laying around if I can remember how to seperate the tach from
the printed circuit.  I haven't done it in a long time so I can't remember
if it's straight forward or tricky.
