How we can help out Rich...(UPDATE)



The consent does not necessarily need to be in writing... they can, on 
tape, state that the conversation is being recorded and ask you to reply 
with a yes or no if you agree to it. If you say no they should stop 
recording but  if you answer yes then it's legal to continue. If your 
answer was no then they may refuse to continue the conversation and require 
all policy changes to be made in writing.
