Well, it might very well work but the guy needs a conversion to 
'people speak' so that the results aren't hidden under engineering jargon.

I understand every word of the text but have a hard time overcoming 
the zealous nature of the narrative.

(btw- one of the roommates is working on the electrolysis/lean fuel 
system.)

Get this guy a copy writer and it might gain more acceptance. As it is 
it's seemingly Purposely indecipherable.
