Scirocco (cabriolet) gas tank recall...

most of those clips are the ones that hold hoses in place, as well as the 
reservoir to the tank.
the shield is likely the exhaust heat shield, as it attaches to the tank 
(with some more clips).
the valve is likely the one way valve thats located above the wheel well 
(behind the plastic liner).
