New ETKA and the nasty Hardlock error

Alright got it to work, ran the hardlock.exe in the base file. The went to
the nt folder in the setup file and copied all the lex*.dll and pasted them
into the EPC_PROG file on the c drive and it works now.

umm, not sure...
foxx, what versions of windows was the 'fix' tested on?
