OT: Symptoms of headgasket failure?



  The coolant mixture will disintegrate over time to a small degree.  40% or 
so is water, and so therefore it will go away over time...  However, it is 
still possible that you have a headgasket problem...  Does it spew out steam 
for a longer period of time or more than normal?  Has your coolant cap blown?  
Does your coolant reservoir bubble with the engine running (be very careful 
removing a hot cap)...  Try these things, and see what occurs...
