16v head problem

thanks list. I removed my head yesterday and sent it to a machine shop and
they put a insert in.  After talking to the guy at the shop for a while
about the head I'm going to reinstall it and drive on it until my race motor
is ready.

8:5.1 pistons
diesel rods
P & P head
T3/T4E turbo
with a 3in dump pipe

I'm still working to see what can be done about a tranny..
