Ox box break down

Sorry, I am very tired.
I meant the Oxygen system for the CIS-e.
I am reading 0.7v on the oxygen sensor and the DPR current is WAY too high. 
Gas milage is less than 15 MPG. Sooo, its under the hood I go.
