I used unbacked speaker cabinet carpet that cuts with scissors,
stretches over about anything and attaches with contact cement.  The
floor and seat back is similar stuff with a sprayed on vinyl back for
better durability.  http://partsexpress.com has both kinds and they
are cheap.
