check for continuity from the metal of the wheel itself (or the steering
column shaft itself), to the chassis of the car (pick a screw or something).
If you get high resistance (higher than say 10 ohms), you will need to check
the p/s rack ground wire. you can always run another wire from the rack to
ground.
