Hey listers,

I'm taking a trip to New York city Feb 19-29.  I'm flying in, so I won't
have my scirocco, but I'd like to see some vws on my trip nevertheless!  I
was in manhattan just a few months ago, and didn't see a single A1 vw
whatsoever (which is understandable given the road conditions).  I don't
know how many of you are near the city, but I'd love to meet up with some of
you and your cars!  I'd like to travel around out of the city as much as
possible, but I won't have any transportation available other than trains.
I'll probably be staying in hostels as much as possible as I'm on a really
limited budget.  If anyone has a spare couch I'd be happy to guard it!

I'm looking to visit vw shops in the area to make some contacts, so far I've
only learned of a couple that are within driving distance to the city.
Looks like I'm headed to Monsey, and to Garwood, NJ.  Can anybody recommend
any other stops?

My trip plan is quite flexible still, so I'm open to any suggestions for
cool places to go to and check out.
