.... Well I made it back to Texas...

Well first and foremost I will start by apologizing to Ron Pieper and Daun
Yeagley for calling them I would stay over and never called back and advise
of the contrary...

Drove Last weds from Montreal to Detroit, the day after it snow 14inches of
snow/sleet in the area, it was slow progress but reached Windsor by night
fall and decided to "what the heck" and drop in to the Windsor Casino and
hotel.. Spent 89$ on the room, dropped 100.00$ on blackjack... Made 350$ in
gains, got off table and decided it was a good lay-up as it gets...(gains
paid room, 4 hours of blackjack, and our drinking binge)

Drove next day to customs, answered the same question 4 times by 3 officers
of the INS (yes this is my first time immigrating in the USA)

Snow, Sleet, Snow, Sleet, Rain, icy roads, etc etc etc repeatum nuseaum for
12 hrs.

Broke down, jeep started bogging down while on the road, now we are 12 miles
from Jackson, TN.
Got forced to pull up to a dealership (no local mechanic go figure) ..
Diagnostic after spending the night over in motel.... Gas tank was removed,
and discovered 1/4 water atop the gas, 1/2 Line gas/kerosene 1/4 gasoline,
fuel pump shutting off intermittently due to overheating. Looks like I got
the bottom of a tank that is protected by kerosene/anti-freeze line fuel
product in the tank .

Cost 481$ later... We back on the road at 3pm on Friday... Got home about
11pm.

Gawd its good to be home finally.
