Why is my throttle returning very slow.

Thanks all.  I took the top part apart and cleaned it all with starter
fluid (works great as a cleaner and drys up).  Then lubricated all of
it with some penetrating oil from Schaeffer Penetrate 90 thats
lubricates, dry outs water, etc...  Its not like WD-40 which is a
solvent more than it is a lubricator.  Works much better now.  At
least it will get me by until I get my 2L together and in.  Oops did I
say 2L and all its goodies, HeHe.
