You prolly already know this, but one of two things has happened.  Either your oil cooler, or your headgasket has gone.  I must assume it is the oil cooler, as this would seem to explain why you do not have water in the oil.  OIl runs at higher pressures than coolant, even when pressurized.  80psi when the oil is cold to approximately 14psi for the water when hot.  Most radiator shops have the ability to test them if need be.  

You might check in with the Potters for a price on one, I know I don't have to.  I am too high...  :-)
