reverse issue with an 8v tranny--Grind prevention



Yeah, I had clutch dragging on the flywheel when I had a rear main seal problem and the disc got wet and swelled.  It was more than the syncros could handle and it ground.  Early VR6 Corrados had a problem with the disc not sliding on the input shaft enough to disengage and they had a similar grinding problem.  The reverse issue is different though, there's nothing wrong with the car, it's driver error if that grinds.
