Euroheadlight Relay/Wiring Issues, and LEDs

>Hey listers....I have been running the Euro lights for a few weeks now...the setup from the .org site...I used and did everything the same as the instructions layed out....no prob's until yesterday....driving to work I put on my left turn signal and the signal flashed real fast and the windshield wipers came on too....this was weird...I figured the gremlins were acting up again...after that, as the rocco sat in the work parking lot- ignition off - the passenger side high beams came on..... I noticed this and went out and fiddled with the high beams and turned them on and off....this turned them off when I left it....I went on a call (I am a Paramedic) and when I returned some time later my peers told me the drivers side high beam was on and they could not find my keys to turn it off so it drained my battery....it has been raining a bit lately and I checked my relays and wiggled stuff around and was able to stop the windshield wipers going off when I make a left turn at least....but I could hear what sounds like boiling or crackling coming from my relays....and one in particular is warmer to the touch...what is this?? Is the relay fried? Or is it because they got wet? What ideas do you guys have? When I wiggled and connected them tightly they seem to work alright....What can I do to rectify these issues as this is my daily driver and I can't have this happening!!! Thanks for any input!!!

Before I properly relayed my eurolights, I had a similar issue with
previous owner's wiring; a relay failed, and my highbeams came on one
evening while at work.

Someone told me my lights were on, that's funny, I thought I tuned them
off... Well, I get down to my car, and only my highbeams are on, but
when I open up the car, the headlight switch is indeed in the off
position. Opening up the hood revealed a buzzing sound - the source of
which was a crusty old relay. The following week I completely redid the
headlight wiring as per .org specs, and now everything rocks.

I never had any problems with my wipers coming on at the same time as a
signal, though. When a turn signal lamp is out, you will get the
"hyperflash" (double time), so make sure your turn bulbs are good.
(incidentally, I switched to LED indicator lamps from
www.superbrightleds.com for almost all of my running lights; blinkers,
taillights, brake lights, even the euro city light can be replaced with
an LED. Awesome products and pricing, even the shipping charges are a
cheap flat rate. I highly recommend. Though I love LED technology, LED
turn indicators can be a problem because of their low current draw; the
car's electrical system is fooled into believing that a lamp is burned
out, and will hyperflash, or not flash at all if all four corners are
LEDs. A set of special resistors can rectify this situation. )
