Rebuliding starters

I don't know if this applies, but it works with VR6 starters, just take the bendix drive/solenoid assembly apart, clean it up good with carb cleaner or brake cleaner, and smear a really light coating of CV joint grease on the heavy moving parts.

HTH, again, I'm not sure if it applies to these, they're a lot simpler (thankfully).
