What section height are the 13's?
Generally, the bigger the number (40-50-60-70) the less support the
sidewalls will offer in lateral accelleration.

Now on the other extreme of things, how much will I hate 195/60/14s? I
have a free set, and think I may toss them on Klaus, but will they still
feel pretty rolly? The current 13s feel like they are going to slide off
the rims when I corner hard.
