Calling all California cars!

Colorado does. In Boulder, many of the intersections have these cameras. Here in Steamboat, a couple of the busiest intersections have cameras at all corners, but I think it's either to trigger the lights to change or just to keep watch. I've never heard of anyone getting a ticket for one. I have heard that those speed boards that say how fast you're going and how fast you're supposed to be going will take your picture, but I don't know if it's true or not.

This should be outlawed, (an obvious argument) there is no proof the owner is 
driving the car. They should do away with this until we have transponders 
installed in -us-, THEN they will know who was driving what and when... :-)
